Overview

Sandtex Fungicidal Wash is a ready to use formula that can treat mould, fungal, algal or lichen growth on masonry. Can be used on a range of surfaces, such as masonry, exterior walls and paths.

Preparation

Remove all loose and flaking material by scraping or brushing with a stiff bristle brush (not wire)

Application

Always do a test area before starting any project to check suitability and compatibility.

Apply Sandtex Fungicidal Wash with a stiff nylon bristle brush
Leave the project area for 24 hours and then remove the residue of organic growth with a stiff, bristle brush
Wash the project area with soapy water to remove any traces of organic growth and fungicidal wash and allow the project area to dry
If the project area still exhibits residue of organic growth then apply a second coat
