"I would have liked a small instruction booklet to keep. It was bought before a holiday so assembled it but didn't use it straight away. Later, I found I hadn't quite pushed the two pieces of the handle together far enough so couldn't get the mop to work at first and had to look up the instructions for assembly again on the website as I'd thrown the box away. Once the two pieces were clicked into place it worked perfectly. Also, I didn't know whether it was ok to store the mop with the bottle still attached so did so but with the bottle pointing upwards. That apart, it's a classy piece of equipment and your delivery was prompt and without any problems."
