I was very pleased as it was definitely my fault but it saved me quite a few quid. Fantastic customer service! I did go on to buy lots of other products from them and would not hesitate to do so again. Their prices are the keenest on the internet and much cheaper than buying from your local DIY store. With free next day delivery of order over a certain value, it's a no brainer, you don't even have to leave the house to get what you need. Their customer service staff are very helpful. I did have a bit of a misunderstanding with one of them, but the 2nd one understood perfectly what I needed and explained how the product would work to achieve what I wanted. With this additional knowledge I was able to experiment with different products and achieve the most natural finish to my wood floor. Pleasingly, they offer product samples at a reasonable price. It's definitely worth trying a finish before you commit. 5ml doesn't seem very much but it's definitely enough to give you an idea of the end finish."
