Woodleys Stockinette Cloth

Used for applying wax polish and apart from the odd bit of fray no problem and did a good job.

Using a stockinette with an open weave allows you get a good high sheen onto the wax by hand, compared to using an old t-shirt or rag. It does leave a lot of lint though. I find they’re best used scrunched up as one large rag to form a pad, rather than trying to cut them into smaller cloths. They tend to roll at the edges or deposit a lot of frayed material if you cut them up too small.

Well worth buying rather than using old tee shirts!

Does the job but think could use any clean rag.

Used to apply Osmo Wood Protector, and to buff between coats. My older relatives would call this 'dishcloth fabric'. The loops can occasionally come off any cut edge, get caught on raised woodgrain etc. But you'll see them.

Before using always give it a good shake outside once you cut a piece off. Bits of cotton every where otherwise.

After polishing this product is great for buffing up the shine.

Good value product and ideal for applying wax etc

Have used this before for polishing the car, could probably use an old cotton T-shirt but didn't have any. As I was making an order it made sense to purchase this at the same time. The small pack was suitable enough to do both sides of my nine doors, did a good job and left a good sheen, very happy.

Just what I needed. Bought to use with with the wax polish. You just need to be careful that you don’t get any of loose ends in the wax after cutting the stockinette to size, otherwise the product is good.

Used for years best value over all to use as a cleaner or to stain with.

I brought this to wax furniture with but I got a better finish with a bog standard yellow duster. Good quality product though.

I use this for finishing wax polishing Walnut & Sycamore it it works perfectly.

Used to apply wax over a large area and it proved robust and flexible.

I found this cloth to be excellent at buffing the Wax filler that I had used to fill a deep scratch in my Bamboo floor, after about 30 seconds of buffing the filled scratch had blended in with the floor.

Good to use for those odd polishing jobs
