Overview

Purdy Colossus Sleeve is constructed with 100% woven polyamide to enable excellent paint retention to reduce drips and splashes. With being designed for professional and heavy duty use, it is capable of producing a smooth, even finish and is made to be durable, hard wearing and long lasting with being capable to cover 10,000 square feet.

Preparation

It is recommended that when the Purdy Colossus Sleeve is used for the first time is to thoroughly rinse to remove any loose fibre or dust from the manufacturing process. This will help to ensure a clean and blemish free application of paint.

Aftercare

After use it is recommended to clean the Purdy Colossus sleeve to prolong its life and usability with a suitable detergent. This can be determined by following the manufacturer's instructions of the product that has been applied.

As a general guide, if the applied product is water based then just the use of soap and warm water will clean the sleeve. If the applied product is solvent based, then either white spirit or a dedicated brush and equipment cleaner could be required.
