Overview
Liberon Burnishing Cream is designed to clean, revive and rejuvenate highly polished surfaces, such as those finished with French Polish, lacquers and varnishes. This cream can also be used to clean ivory, tortoise shell, mother of pearl, papier maché, brass inlays and fittings.
Please Note: This product may affect newly applied or cracked finishes.
Preparation
Ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dry and free from dust, dirt and any other surface contaminants. Remove any existing wax layers using Woodleys Wax and Polish Remover.
Application
Always do a test area before starting any project to assess product suitability and final finish. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the tin at all times.
- Shake the tin thoroughly before use.
- Soak a lint-free cloth with Burnishing Cream and rub into the surface vigorously, going with the grain where possible, and paying particular attention to problem areas
- Allow to dry for 2-3 minutes then buff with a clean, dry cotton cloth
