Dulux Once Matt

Dulux Once Matt paint has been specially formulated to give a perfect matt finish on interior walls and ceilings in just one coat. Choose from a selection of attractive Dulux paint colours.

Ensure that surface to be painted is clean, dry and free from any dust, dirt, grease or any other surface contaminants.

1. Remove all loose and defective paint with a paint scraper, by sanding, or with a paint stripper
2. Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960s paint surfaces as they may contain harmful lead
3. Where necessary, wash the surface to remove dirt, grease and powdery or dusty residues
4. Rinse with clean water and allow to dry
5. Any surface defects should be filled with an appropriate filler
6. If required, rub down surfaces and then wipe off with a damp, lint-free cloth to remove dust
7. Seal all surfaces that remain powdery after thorough preparation with an appropriate plaster sealer

Always do a test area before starting any project to assess product suitability and final finish. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the tin at all times.

Use only in well ventilated areas.

For best colour consistency, purchase sufficient paint for each project including enough for touch-in at a later time.

1. Stir the paint thoroughly before and periodically during use
2. Apply 1 coat of Dulux Once Matt using a good quality synthetic brush or microfibre roller
3. Allow 4 hours for paint to fully dry

Maintenance

If the finish shows signs of wear over time, simply apply a fresh coat of Dulux Once Matt, following the Preparation and Application instructions above.

The surface would need a really good key first to remove all the shine and aid adhesion, after this, the Once Matt can be applied.< /p>
