Crown Quick Dry Gloss is a highly versatile, water-based gloss paint that is ideal for use on both interior and exterior wood and metal surfaces.

Ensure that all surfaces to be painted with Quick Dry Gloss paint are clean, dry and free from all surface contaminants such as grease, grime, dust, dirt and any other loose material.
Always do a small test area before starting any project to assess product suitability and final finish. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the tin at all times.
Unlike other wood paints, Crown Quick Dry Gloss must not be shaken or stirred prior to use. Do not apply Quick Dry Gloss paint in damp or humid conditions or in rooms with a temperature less than 10°C.
Painted surfaces can be wiped clean with a soft, dry (or slightly dampened) lint-free cloth.
To maintain the finish, simply apply a fresh coat of Crown Quick Dry Gloss as required, following the Preparation and Application instructions above.
The majority of alkyd / oil paints will be dry within six to eight hours. A second coat may then be applied within 16 hours - this may vary slightly depending on the type of paint.
By comparison, quick drying latex based paints, such as Crown Quick Dry Gloss take only 1 hour to dry. A second coat can be applied as soon as 4 hours after - we recommend leaving for the full 6 hours before recoating.
